Enter the Heart of Spring

Like a breath of fresh air, arrives the heart of spring. New life is sprouting, and opportunities presenting, but readiness to emerge from our bed of safety can often facilitate inhibition of growth and the falsehood of comfort. Just like the unviable seed within soil, can you rise to meet your own inner growth?

The seasons of earth provide cycles of transition, allowing a necessary process within each cycle for energy retention, nutrient distribution, species development, biodiversity, and of course evolution. As animals on this planet, we also require these elements within cycles for homeostasis as well as for consciousness development. This is an important part of inner growth. Where we often become stuck or inhibited is through lack of clarity for change, and this stunts our natural cycle.

So how do we move through and allow for inner growth? There are many techniques, and of course an abundance of information to tell us how, but this plethora of information in itself can become confusing, and often takes us away from the simplicity of just being, of inner-understanding, and recognising our uniqueness. And this is where self-awareness steps in.

When we practice self-awareness through mindfulness and make space to 'just be' through breathing and meditation, we quickly become aware of thought patterns and begin to feel a deeper connection to all that is. But how does this work? It works through being fully immersed in the present moment. And this you'll find is where all clarity resides.
